1. Prepare lasagne sheets as per instructions on the pack.

5. Spray a small rectangular ovenproof dish. Spread one spoon of béchamel sauce over the dish. Put lasagne sheet above the sauce. Top with half of meat mixture and half of béchamel sauce. put with lasagne sheets, mince mixture and béchamel left. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 40 minutes until it turns golden brown.
6. Take it out and cool for 10 minutes.
